Day Twenty-Three:

With my fur store, Hemlock Inc. about to open – I need to organise the winter lines before the grand – unveiling. Seal fur is great, but Australian animals are all the rage. My slippers, for instance, are made from real wombat hide. They are warm, fuzzy, and easy to catch. Wombats are so slow, they almost skin themselves! Just like the other brats from that silly little school, Australian animal skins are going to make me rich!

Oh my gosh! I've been thinking about PC Beagle all week... He's just so cute and funny and looks very cool in his uniform.  *giggle* Sparkle and Glisten think he's very cute too!  I wish he could come and live in the Ice Palace with us but he's not an ice creature so its probably too cold for him.  Maybe we could go live in the place where he's from!  But I love the snow too much to ever want to leave it.  *sigh* Oh well. *giggle* He called us snowflake faeries 'delightful' so he must like us! He is very cute but I wish he'd spend less time trying to figure out how to stop the Snow Queen and more time hanging out with us faeries.  We are much more fun after all.

Hmm, I don't have much to write today but I just wanted to tell you all just how much I love the snow!

Why I love snow

Its very pretty!  Especially when the Ice Place is covered in it

There are so many fun things to do outside in the snow like snowball fights, snowball juggling, and lots more.

Snow makes the best types of food too like strawberry slushies! Icy poles can be made out of snow as well and the snow keeps the ice cream cold for Glisten.

The snow is fantastic and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else but in the Ice palace with Sparkle and Glisten *giggle*.

Hello, my name is Possum Leaf. I am a possum from Jumbuck Primary School in Western Australia. I finished my homework early today so I thought that I would set up a MySpace account on my Banana Mac laptop, since my best friend Numbat keeps telling me how "cool" it is. Of course, I researched everything thoroughly first.

One correction I must make is my age. You are supposed to be 14 to join MySpace; that's even older than Wombat. But I am really only 10 years old. It has been suggested that I'm smarter than most 14 year olds, which is why my parents gave me my own branch in our family's tree. Now I can study without being interrupted by my brothers and sisters who are all too little to go to school yet.

I am about to start working on a very interesting project with my friends at school, and Wombat too. We are investigating global cooling, which is making Australia get colder and colder. I know that it is almost winter, but my initial research suggests that we are not the only country to experience this phenomena. It's all very mysterious at this stage, I don't quite know what to make of it. I'm expecting a call from Numbat soon to discuss it- I really hope she doesn't start going on about Wombat again, we have a lot of work to do. She's so silly sometimes.

I should go and get dinner before Numbat calls, mum's making flower-bud stew and it smells really good. Don't worry, I'll keep you up to date on global cooling.
